This form is adapted from portions of Krutka, Daniel G., Heath, Marie K., Staudt Willet, K. Bret. Foregrounding Technoethics: Toward Critical Perspectives in Technology and Teacher Education”, October, 2019, Journal of Technology and Teacher Education, 27(4), 555-574. Though originally written as a way to inform teacher educators on how to evaluate and teach about technoethics, we have made a few minor adjustments here in an attempt to help this tool be useful to all educators.
